Hi! I’m Jennifer.

For 30 years I have partnered with business leaders on their development. I love witnessing the moment a leader gains a new insight that helps them better understand themselves.

It is a privilege to partner with my clients as they learn and grow through the process of creating and achieving their goals.

I serve my clients in several capacities – as a coach, a facilitator, and an organizational strategist. The common element across these roles is my mission to develop great leaders. In all capacities, I work to build a leader’s skills, maximize their strengths, navigate change, and build their resilience.

I use deep listening, curiosity, and humor to help clients feel comfortable and feel heard. I bring a wealth of leadership tools to each engagement in order to offer you the best thinking on challenging topics.
