I have spent the past 25 years partnering with business leaders on their development. I love witnessing the moment when a leader gains a new insight that helps them better understand themselves.

It is a privilege to take part in the partnerships I share with my clients as they grow and thrive through the process of creating and achieving their goals.

I am able to serve my clients in several different capacities, as a coach, a facilitator, and as an organizational strategist. The common element across my various roles is my ability to develop great leaders. In all capacities, I work to build a leader’s skills, maximize their strengths, navigate change, and build their resilience.

I use deep listening, curiosity, and humor to help clients feel comfortable and feel heard. I bring a wealth of leadership tools to each engagement in order to offer you the best thinking on challenging topics. Leadership Coaching

I help business leaders achieve their leadership goals. Whether you are navigating change, managing relationships, building your leadership presence, or adjusting your work/life balance, coaching can help you stay on track. As a coach, I help clients transition to more fulfilling jobs, break recurring patterns, develop new skills, and eliminate needless stress. It’s amazing what you can achieve when you work with a thought partner who supports you, challenges you, and keeps you focused on your own development.

Career Coaching

Many of my coaching clients are contemplating new careers or adjusting long-held career goals. If you are job-hunting or changing careers, coaching can provide valuable support, clarity, and new options to you as find that next right role.

Leadership Consulting

I provide expert advice on leadership and organizational development projects. Recent projects include: implementing an enterprise-wide culture change program; creating numerous leadership development programs; designing and delivering 360 assessments; and creating structures and processes for an executive coaching program.

Facilitation, Training, and Team Building

I offer half- and full-day training built on strong content that is customized to your needs. I facilitate offsites and teambuilding sessions that are highly interactive, fun, and meaningful. I am certified in numerous assessments that can help your team work better together, and I have a cadre of expert coaches that I team with to support larger projects.

Assessment Interpretation and Debriefs

I offer assessments for use with both individual coaching and as part of team-building exercises to increase clients’ understanding of themselves and their team members.  I can also guide you through the process of selecting the right assessment(s) to suit your needs.
